98% uptime guarantee Single CPE – Single Access Circuit (Fibre or Wireless)
Silver
99.5% uptime guarantee Single or Dual CPE’s – Dual Access Circuits (Fibre or Wireless as Primary and Secondary) from different suppliers terminating at a single Huge TNS POP
Gold
99.8% uptime guarantee Single or Dual CPE’s – Dual Access Circuits (Fibre or Wireless as Primary and Secondary) from same suppliers terminating at two different Huge TNS POPs
Platinum
99.9% uptime guarantee Single or Dual CPE’s – Dual Access Circuits (Fibre or Wireless as Primary and Secondary) from diverse Telco’s terminating at a single Huge TNS POP
Note: CPE Definition – Customer Premises Equipment, this refers to the equipment located on the customer’s premises with the express purpose of terminating the Access Circuit.
